Registration Introduction

• Presentation and publication of one accepted paper in the proceedings
• Access to the electronic conference proceedings
• Access to all conference sessions and keynote speeches

Each accepted paper must have one Author Registration by 25 November 2024 to guarantee the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

The Author Registration Fee is:

Registration Categories	Fee	Specification
Student Registration	CNY 5500 / USD 760	The first author of the paper should be a student. The proof of current student status is required.
Non-Student Registration	CNY 6000 / USD 830

Paper Page Limit:

• Conference Papers: 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
• Symposium or Workshop Papers: 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

Purchasing Extra Pages:

• Up to 4 extra pages may be purchased at CNY 750 / USD 100 per extra page.

Student Registration:

• In order to qualify for the Student Author Registration fee, 2024 Student Card must be provided.

• Access to the electronic conference proceedings
• Access to all conference sessions and keynote speeches

The Participant Registration applies for two cases: 1) one author has made the Author Registration for a paper and other authors of the same paper would like to attend the conference; or 2) A person does not have a paper to present and wants to attend the conference.

The Participant Registration Fee is CNY 3000 / USD 420

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 1 December 2024.
Please note: Author registrations are non-refundable and the bank transfer payment is not non-refundable.
There will be an administrative fee of RMB 500 deducted from each refund if the participant registration payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
